Is parking available?
Parking is free for 2 hours. Register your vehicle at the parking terminal to use the free parking.
How will I receive instructions for my appointment?
After booking, Eva-Maria sends you the health declaration and preparation instructions. For a video consultation, she also sends the joining details separately. If you have not received your instructions, email info@elanclinic.ee or call +372 58 03 00 33.
How can I change my appointment?

How should I prepare for my initial consultation?
Before your appointment, complete a health declaration and consent to our review of the health information needed to assess your care. Note your medicines and supplements, previous weight-loss experiences and questions. Let us know about any recent test results. The need for new tests is assessed individually.
What will we discuss during the consultation?
We discuss your health, goals and treatment options, including how medicines work, their potential benefits and possible side effects. Together, we develop a sustainable approach to losing and maintaining weight and agree on next steps. General lifestyle advice does not replace a separate nutrition consultation or exercise coaching.
Will I receive a written summary?
Yes. You receive a detailed written summary of the discussion, recommendations and agreed next steps, so you can review the information afterwards.
What happens when I reach my target weight?
We discuss weight maintenance from your first consultation. Once you reach your goal, we assess the need for continued treatment and monitoring together. Decisions about continuing, changing or stopping medication are individual. The Maintain package may be suitable once your weight maintenance and treatment are stable.
Is an initial prescription included in the consultation?
Yes, where medication is medically appropriate, we issue an initial prescription after the consultation. Additional information or investigations may be needed before a treatment decision. Medicines and tests are paid for separately; the consultation does not guarantee a particular prescription.
Who will support me during weight management treatment?
Your initial consultation is with Eva-Maria Sentifoli, a prescribing nurse. Dr Ingmar Lindström provides medical advice and monitors your weight management treatment throughout your care. The number of appointments depends on your chosen package.
Do I need to know which treatment I want?
No. During your initial consultation, we discuss your goals, assess the treatment options and talk about where to begin.
Does the initial consultation commit me to a package?
No. You can attend the initial consultation without joining a package. If you decide to continue weight management treatment at Élan, further care takes place through a suitable package. The package begins after your initial consultation.
Does a consultation guarantee a prescription?
Prescribing depends on medical suitability. We assess the options and agree on next steps with you, including when medication is not appropriate.
Can my consultation take place online?
Your initial weight management consultation and the treatment consultations included in your package can take place at the clinic or online. If a physical examination or further investigations are needed, we will arrange these separately.
Are medication and tests included?
No. Medication, laboratory tests and additional investigations are charged separately.
Does Maintain mean stopping medication?
No. Entering the weight maintenance stage does not automatically mean stopping medication. Your doctor decides with you whether to continue or change treatment, based on your health.
